Our Pittsford office was a micropractice experiment
that we ran for about 4 years. The goal was to see if a
single chiropractor could operate a very low overhead office
out of a single room with no staff and minimal
equipment. The experiment was successful and the
Pittsford office was a popular and convenient option for
our patients as well as offering an interesting
break in the routine for Dr. Kinsler. The office was busy
enough that we had to consider converting it into a
full-fledged office, increasing the space and adding
staff. In August of 2009, we decided it was more
important to focus our time and resources in our main
office in Gates and so we stopped seeing patients in the
Pittsford satellite office.
Our loyal Pittsford office patients with whom
we discussed this difficult decision were very supportive
and understood our goals to keep our practice strong. And
since the Gates office is only 15 minutes or so from where the
Pittsford office was, people were still willing to travel
a bit further to see us -- for that we are grateful.
